Ricky Williams of the Miami Dolphins, has failed yet another drug test. For those who don’t know who Ricky Williams is, or haven’t followed the story, he was suspended for a year for continued drug violations. He spent last year playing for the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL. He was scheduled to apply for reinstatement into the NFL this month, but failed another drug test, and the medical advisors have recommended that he not be able to re-apply for reinstatement until September.
It was reported by ESPN.com that he, Williams, suffers from a social anxiety disorder, and self medicates. If this is the case, then he should seek medical/psychological treatment for this disorder, and get and use prescription medications to treat his disorder, rather than marijuana.
