Dropbox Review, and Invite Offer

Dropbox LogoDropbox is a new online back-up and syncing application that has created a lot of buzz recently, with people clamoring to get a beta invitation. Luckily, I got my beta invitation yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised. OK, so i was shocked, because this was my first beta invite for a service that was getting so much buzz.

I activated everything last night, and updated my work PC this morning, and have been pleased with the ease of use and the speed of the service.

Dropbox requires a small download on each computer that you will be syncing, and then all you have to do is click the icon and drag the files you want to share/sync into the Dropbox folder, and voila, you are done.  The file is then available to you on your synced machines, or publicly, if you add it to a publicly shared folder.

So far, I haven’t reached a snag, or drawback to the service, and if I do, I will be sure to post about it!

Sorry, I am out of invitations, but will offer any more that I get! With all of that said, I do have TEN FIVE THREE invitations to join Dropbox, and anyone who wants one is welcome to them. Just post a reply to this message stating that you want one, and I will pass them along to you.  I am also open to trading for other beta invites, but that is in no way a requirement for getting your Dropbox invite from me!
